The UltraHook XTV features the industry’s first Closed System Shackle Mount hole that is machined into the body of the hook, making it incredibly strong with a host of safety-oriented features that puts every other winch hook on the market to shame. The UltraHook drops right onto both steel and synthetic winch cables without any splicing thanks to its double shear pin that accepts the standard eye loops of most winch ropes and cables. What’s more, the UltraHook XTV folds up flush against your winch’s fairlead opening, helping keep your vehicle’s front profile lower and prevents the need of a shackle mount to keep your hook under control. The UltraHook is rated for a maximum load of 10,000lbs, and a breaking strength of 21,000lbs.
