Compared to LED pods using basic optics or reflectors with a standard outer lens, the innovative design ensures a greater intensity of light output. The flood pattern of the SSC1 LED pods offers uniform and even illumination with a wide spread of light (50×50 degrees for SSC1), thanks to pillow optics on the outer lens surface.
