Proudly 100% USA-made, this Carli bumper is crafted from 3/16? cold-rolled US steel for the center section and 1/8? steel for the wings, featuring a modular design for efficient shipping—though it’s not intended to run with only the center section. The complete bumper, including all brackets and hardware, fits into a 43? x 25? x 15? box and weighs 105 lbs, with an installed weight of 100 lbs (excluding lighting and winch), minimizing impact on front suspension height. Finished in a durable satin black powder coat with a stainless Carli logo plate, it supports factory parking sensors, or includes amber lights in their place if sensors are not equipped. The bumper includes an internal wiring channel with pre-drilled zip tie holes for clean installations, a lower airflow channel to support intercooler efficiency, and integrated D-ring recovery points. With a sleek profile and center section designed to house a Warn VR EVO 12-S winch (or Warn ZEON 10-S, as pictured), it offers more clearance for the factory front camera than any bumper on the market with a winch installed. It’s also designed to fit Baja Designs XL80 PRO lights in the front cutouts and S2 diffused lights in the sides/rock light positions, with seamless integration to the Carli skid plate.
