Momentum GT Cold Air Intake System w/ Pro DRY S Filter Volkswagen Atlas 24-26 L4-2.0L (t)Momentum’s unique filter-to-housing interface was built to feature the largest air filter possible. This 7.5” tall 360-degree radial flow air filter features a 4″ flange and our oil-free Pro DRY S media with three layers of synthetic media for maximum convenience. Its progressive layering provides great filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity, while not requiring the use of oils. This media is best suited for street use. Its inverted top increases filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals. The sealed heat-resistant housing, constructed of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patent-pending filter-to-housing interface and a clear sight window for hassle-free filter inspection. An aluminum heat shield panel deflects hot air from the turbocharger, ensuring the system’s two air inlets bring in the coolest air possible. This intake also uses the vehicle’s OE air inlet without requiring additional hardware. This system uses a flexible silicone intake tube reinforced with three layers of nylon, making it highly resistant to wear and deterioration. An aluminum insert inside the tube ensures a secure fit to the air filter. Stainless-steel clamps and a silicone coupler are included for strength and durability. Momentum GT’s innovative design reduces the number of components for a fast and easy installation.
