The 2021-2025 Bronco DV8 Off-Road Competition Series Front Bumper Features a Low-Profile Design for Improved Approach Angle
Some front bumpers are just better for certain applications than others. If you find yourself off-road in the desert ripping up the trails and climbing over rocks, then you need the 2021-2025 Bronco DV8 Off-Road Competition Series Front Bumper. Its low-profile was developed by an off-road desert racing driver. After tons of hours taking on this type of terrain, this type of design fairs much better over the more bulky front bumper options out there because of how it improves your approach angle. Not only do you get more distance away from the trail obstacles, but when you inevitably take a risk and put this bumper in danger, the included steel skid plate with side gussets offer protection for the susceptible area underneath. You will also be able to slide over the obstacles much more easily, especially when combined with other skid plates and armor. If your Bronco already has the OEM plastic or metal front skid plate, then this feature serves a direct replacement with the added bonus of bolt-on gussets that provide additional engine protection.
High-Strength Steel Construction
The 2021-2025 Bronco DV8 Off-Road Competition Series Front Bumper features a 1.5mm and 3mm steel tubing construction with 3.5mm steel plates that are finished with a micro-texture black powder coat that provides corrosion resistance to withstand all extreme weather conditions. Not only is this a strong and durable construction that is built to take the abuse, but it is also lightweight enough as to not add a ton of unnecessary weight to your Bronco’s front end. The pre-runner style design allows for maximum front end protection, which is ideal for overlanding. It extends from the front of your Bronco, all the way to your front differential. Beyond the reliable protection and improved approach angle, there a few different lighting options that you can utilize. This bumper comes with inset light mounts for two 3″ LED light pods and one 20″ dual row LED light bar. Having this supplemental lighting to go along with your headlights gives you a huge jump in light output that comes in handy when you are trying to make your way back to civilization after a long day of adventuring. Being in unincorporated areas after sundown requires much more light output to penetrate the pitch black darkness. When it comes to installation, the process is 100% bolt-on. If you want to retain full function of the front parking sensors, then you can use the mounting holes in this bumper. For Broncos with Adaptive Cruise Control, you will need DV8’s ACC Relocation Bracket to retain full functionality of this feature. Fitment:
