The 6.4L Powerstroke is a competent diesel engine, but your hard-working 2008-2010 Super Duty deserves something that can handle a bit more power. That’s where this H&S Motorsports Single Turbo Kit comes in, featuring an upgraded BorgWarner SX-E turbocharger unit with a 63mm billet inducer. This replacement turbo kit can safely support up to 625 WHP, plenty capable of running some pretty serious PCM tuning and bolt-on performance parts. The large 73mm turbine wheel helps to achieve lower drive pressure, lower EGTs, and more horsepower and torque along the power band. H&S Motorsports testing saw a 150 degree drop in peak exhaust gas temperatures compared to stock.

This H&S Motorsports replacement turbo for the 6.4L Powerstroke comes with everything you need in one kit. That includes premium laser-cut mounting brackets, silicone couplers, and all necessary components, hardware, seals, and gaskets. Along with the vastly improved BorgWarner SX-E turbo, the provided 3.5″ downpipe allows for consistent, uninterrupted airflow for maximum power potential. A 360-degree thrust bearing assembly is standard on all BorgWarner SX-E turbocharger units, ensuring long-term reliability.
