The standard shocks that come on your 2017-2019 F250 or F350 Super Duty just aren’t cut out for aggressive off-roading, which makes the extra ground clearance from big tires kind of moot. Fox Shocks have a solution for you with this Performance Series 2.0 Remote Reservoir Rear Shocks for Super Duty’s with 4-6″ of rear lift. This shock is a leaps and bounds improvement over typical white-body shock, and even performance shocks that are included in some lifts. The Fox 2.0 provides excellent levels of travel with improved rebound and compression while the remote reservoirs increase oil capacity and move hot oil out of the shot for a massive reduction in fade in even the roughest terrain.
2″ Diameter Aluminum-Body Shock with Large-Diameter Remote Reservoir
The Fox 2.0 Remote Reservoir Shocks bolt into your Super Duty, and the reservoir is attached as a piggy back to the actual shock which is convenient and adds a huge bump in suspension performance for your rear end. This shock is 2″ in diameter with aluminum bodies that improve cooling capability over the majority of steel-body shocks on the market. Each shock has a 5/8″ chrome-hardened shaft and valving that’s been finely tuned to offer your truck excellent off-road performance with making your street ride too harsh. The reservoir is made out of 6061-T6 aluminum and has a 2″ diameter that allows for the storage of a large amount of oil. The reservoir is hard anodized in a black finish which protects against corrosion. The shock mount is made out of CNC machined billet aluminum and come standard with nitrile rubber bushings that resist more deflection than stock, but are still extremely quiet. The shocks come with a band clamp and rubber block for the reservoir that makes it easy to install and get up and running on your truck.
